As I look at some of these bans that come from griefing and some of these people get second chances they go and grief again and then they are never able to return. As I have done many bad things in the past and am on my last chance I hate to see people make some of the same mistakes I did. I was thinking one day if it were ever possible to train these (most likely kids) to respect other peoples builds. So I was thinking if it were possible for there to be a program like in school where some kids don't understand something they are given a tutor or a guider to help them understand things a little bit better. Maybe we could do something like that to help people understand that griefing is not allowed on the server and it is disrespectful. Because I feel as if though the unban and read the rules thing isn't enough for these people to understand. So if it is ok for me and any other people to sign up or something to be a players tutor on why griefing is bad. This program is still being developed in my head but I won't continue any further if Pri doesnt like the idea its just a thought.

This is a non profit this is for peoples well beings not for money

And there is going to be an application cause I dont want just anyone thinking they can do this I would rather just have it be me and a couple other people that I know well

The problem with this is that no matter how much you try to teach people, it really wont do much of any good. The people that get perma-banned for griefing has done so mutliple times, and/or on a large scale and at that point they knew it was griefing. Teaching someone to respect another's build isnt exactly possible to do through a metaphorical school. It takes other things, such as having a massive grief happen to your build multiple times or etc, so basically having it done to you. The ones that respect things tend to have had things similar happen to them, just like the 'best' person in society has had the worst life, the brightest light has the darkest shadow ya know?

Look Lynn the people who grief. Don't care weather or not you want to help them. You can't teach people these things. I would rather them off the server then them ruining it for the rest of the players. Sorry

I agree with you 90% ember and blackey I do sometimes wish those people gone. But if we put them in a friendly environment where they work together and are under much watch and teaching they will understand the consequences and rules a lot better. Most of them will hopefully recover and not do anything like that but I think that this should at least be something to try

You learn about how learning functions when/if you take a higher level Psychology class. I'm no expert, but I'll tell you based on what I have learned from mine that that is not how learning works, Lynn.
