Ban Appeal for Tactical_Wizard

Hello,

I was wandering throughout the spawn area and checking everything out when I came to an area that I wasn't sure was protected or not. Normally on other servers, the way I check to see if it is protected is by hitting one of the blocks in the building. If the block does indeed break, I then replace the block and move on. That way I know that the area is unprotected.

Basically, I broke a block in some building to see if the area was protected or not and I was instantly banned from the server. I can honestly and wholeheartedly testify that I had no malicious intentions whatsoever. I would like to appeal this ban. Now that I know how your banning system works, I will make sure that I will never break blocks in another person's house again. I hope you can believe me. Thanks in advance.
