im banned please help

why I deserve another chance: I deserve another chance because i am banned and i have never even joined! please help!
I did nothing! my friend who was XKid1305 gave me this account for $26 and I wanna play here but staff banned me for no reason! I just wanna see the server and how it is. and i just called my friend and asked him about this and he said that he was banned for a joke. when i asked him about the grief he said he didnt grief bio's build, he build a house next to it. there is no reason to bane me/him for that. please unban me
P.S. this is my second appeal for this thats how i know about the bio thing.
