Reason for being banned:
griefing extensively smileyredgamer and lynx_duck's house on survival.

Appeal Statement:
I am truly sorry for what I did, I can not believe that I was douche.
I thought that the building did not belong to anyone and was abandoned, because it really looked abandoned.
That is why I took some items that I can give back if they want to.
Once again I am truly sorry and it will not happen again.

You have been banned by an Admin who left a note on your account to not unban you. Due to this I am unable to unban you. This was likely due to the extensivity of the grief.

The admin who banned you was Psico45 you may talk to him about it.

When you connect to our server, the rules on Grief are explained and honestly there is no way that it was done by accident. You even built your house like 50 blocks away from where you griefed. If when knowing the rules you willingly ignore them, why should we urban you?

I honestly did not know anything about the rules, the brown wooden house I built was after the griefing with a friend of mine, my first house was a mud hud quite far away from the incident.
I am truly sorry but it is your choice to either unban me or not.
I have now also read the rules in your main site.
