Lately I've been seeing a lot of people saying Other Server IP's, or The Server name But nothing really happens my question is, Does this rule still Count like earlier, even in PM's? (This part Has been questionable since We've been told that Staff don't look at PM's anymore)

I think this is mostly in the hands of the staff's judgement and it will depend on the level of disruption that is caused. If a person spams or tries to persistently get people to go to another server and doesnt stop when told to, then the person is likely to get banned. Similarly, if a person bugs people via pms to join another server and it gives cause for the victim to complain in main chat and doesnt stop when told to, I think that it is also justifiable for a ban. But when a person suggests to move to another server to a friend via pms then it's fine.

Just my opinion on the matter

If someone stop and think about advertising their server in our server everywhere except Skype and messengers their friends use and anywhere outside RenMX, eventually they will get caught even in Private messages (mail or /msg) . Sometimes it is out of our hands.

Any advertising done in common chat is a automatic ban. If it is done in PM's it is usually up to the person receiving the pm's to report it to a Staff member with a Screenshot.
