sylwester101 has been banned for spamming messages.
I told him a conversation and he agreed not to screw up again.
Here's how it went.
"Okay sylwester, you know how you got banned right?"
"Yea, by spamming messages."
"I want to tell you this, DO NOT SCREW UP when I unban you."
"Fine, I won't."
"Are you surrrre?"
"Im 100% sure."
"Alright then."

For me, I am not convinced to have him unbanned in this way. You could instruct him to follow this form. It's a piece of cake and mandatory.

Reason He was Banned: Spamming Messages to _blackeyedog/_Blackey
Why he should deserve another chance: He's been told by me and both shanepaul to, "Not Screw UP Again." We told him on Skype to read the RenMX rules.(Both me and shane)

sylwester101 has been unbanned. Tell him not to do this again, next time he will not be able to appeal through you.

I feel this should be the last unban the way he spammed me was totally unnecessary and undermining especially after being muted with many warnings.
Just thought I would express this since I banned him
