Reason for being banned:
According to the ban, I have been banned for "griefing adrians shop".

Appeal Statement:
To be honest, I don't actually know who "Adrian" is and what shop it was that I "griefed". I am sure there was no mistake made and I did deserve to be banned, but to my knowledge I have not done anything against any server rules. In fact, I have been in contact with some Moderators in game, mostly Daigle, so I am able to make sure my actions follow suit with server rules so things like this do not happen. Obviously I must have forgotten, misread, or skipped a server rule, and if I am unbanned I would be glad to replace or repay for any "grief" I have done. Currently, I am an assistant in a town with LmHonor, and I am working for a few hours every day on RenMX on clearing old plots to make way for large growth in our town. I was informed by LmHonor that all, or most, of the players in the town are inactive, and that my main goal right now is destroy their previous property, which takes a lot longer than you would think, especially without fire spread. Perhaps in tearing down one of these old properties, it was mistaken that I griefed a plot. If so I forgive to my town member and will fully compensate whoever it is I have done wrong to.

It's a random shop in the middle of the desert. There's items you took out and put back and there's items that were not. Stealing from anyone is a ban-able offense.

Dear Adrian, This is the story, as best as I can remember it. I found your house in the jungle, obviously, when I was walking around on a new horse I had tamed and saddled in my town's claimed land. When I stumbled upon your house, I opened the door, not noticing that it had a private sign that must have been broken. This was my first and only mistake. I walked around the house and only opened chests that had not had private signs placed on them. I made sure I only took from chests without private signs. I had messaged Daigle before doing this because I wanted to make sure something like this wouldn't happen. He assured me that taking from chests that had no private sign on them was not illegal. Then he mentioned that it was only allowed if you did not "greif" to get into the house where the chests are. I had not realized this was a rule. I walked back the door, saw that it had been protected, and realized I had accidently "greifed" according to server rules. I put the stuff back as best as I could, but I may have forgotten something. I ask that you unban me from the server, and if you need the stuff and can tell me what I took I will replace it.

I have unbanned you. Please in future just stay away from other peoples builds it's much simpler.

Also, just logged in, all my builds have been rolled back which would be a major setback for my town. Anything that can be done about this?

When you see a staff member on, including myself. Make us aware and we will restore it for you from our database.
