Harassment

Earlier today I struck a conversation with PawsUnBeef about an unrelated topic and then AlphaSquadZX started stated that I was "running with Rambo" and "With Rambo" etc which I would consider harassment. Its not harassment at this point, but it was when I told him to stop, and he didn't, he crossed the line. Minutes later Daigle indirectly told Alpha to stop but hinted the same words Alpha did. After the heat of the argument stopped, Alpha kept repeating "Whateva Happy" and "Whateva". Even then, PawsUnBeef kept repeating that Alpha and I should fight to settle this, which I denied. NOTE! I do not have an existing grudge with Daigle OR Alpha before this and I have no meanings to start one. I would like this to be settled peacefully and without confilct.

I fail to see what's going on here. If a moderator finds that there is something wrong going on and he requests a player's cooperation it is to be expected. As far as instigating situations like this, it is FAR from promoted. However do bear in mind the type of conversation that is being had and if anything post evidence of such since it's far easier to judge with evidence than without.

Here is the Thing when you claim of Harassment you need to know what that actually means.
Its the act of systematic and/or continued unwanted and annoying actions of one party or a group, including threats and demands. Now with that said, You had more of a conflict with him.
There was no threats, no over the line insults, or any on going issues.

My Question is Happy, If you did feel this way. You should have informed a moderator at the time of the issue, not hinting or assuming but straight out saying Dai, he is bothering me and refuses to stop. If there was a serious issue I am 100% positive Dai would have stepped in and used his better Judgement. But also there are certain steps you can take as a player. /Ignore
if he was ever to pm you any insults or so to say harassment. Screenshot the conversations. To protect yourself from hearsay.

Either way I don't see how saying running with Rambo is a threat or Harassing. Rambo is a player. And I assume your friend. I notice you spend plenty of time with him in game so I don't see how saying running with your friend or with your friend is anyway warrant for Harassment.

Settling something peacefully and without conflict means telling that person the truth. Your upsetting me, and ask him why he says those things that bother you. Not assuming that more issues will arise or "which I would consider harassment. Its not harassment at this point"

A bit of a squabble was starting to heat up up but I requested in private that Alpha stop pressing the issue, which he did after those last couple "whatever" remarks. Problem solved.
