Trewbot has completely boxed in my town with outpost plots, ruining any plans for future expansion. It's hard to believe someone would spend all the time, rickies & effort just to spite me like this. Is this legal? Take a look at this:

This is not allowed and the outpost will be removed. He will also suffer the financial losses of creating it.

Yep I've asked already of this BEFORE I did it, so I didn't do it at all.. Tip for the future for anyone, if you are unsure or you just want to be safe of something against other servers' rules, JUST ASK.

But I prefer to build the great wall of China out of dirt around peoples towns... Is that legal on this server?

I believe it is only legal if it is either your own town, or you have their permission. A staff can correct me if I'm mistaken.
