So yesterday , following a controversial attack on akanama , I have once again been banned.
Ricksterm says the main reason is that me and excite broke dozens of item frames.
I broke 2 : a bow and a diamond pick , and dropped both on the ground of the base after realising what I had done. I assume akanama must've picked it up , as somebody did and he was the only one around.
Also bare in mind that item frames can be broken with arrows , and may have been destroyed in the cross fire?
Here are some other things I would like to address.

Getting into his base.
Perhaps one of the main reasons of my bannishment .
We saw akanama on dynamap and went to go track him down (as he was in the wilderness)
It appeared that he was in a mine , so we figured the best way in would be to find a cave. We dug down , near his base (note that this area is not claimed) and hit a cave. The top of this cave had been sealed off but we landed in the nearer side to his base.
We then proceeded to kill akanama and retrieved his items fair and square until he asked us to leave.

Please unban me , as in recent weeks I have been trying my hardest to stay out of trouble , but of course , trouble always winds up on my doorstep anyways...

If you landed inside of a sealed off cave, then you still dug into the base. I sealed off the caves at the points I was not expanding into, making the base an enclosed space. That means you did break in. Accidentally breaking in is not an excuse to continuously harass and kill a person, especially when I repeatedly said to get out of my house.

More like you always end up on doorsteps, ready to cause the trouble.

Hobo, dropping the item frames and contents is not an acceptable excuse, you should have put them back where you knocked them from (or given them to akanama or at least put them on the wall in any order for akanama to retrieve) if it was an accident. If you had done that you may not be banned right now.

I guess you are already admitting to knowing at the time it was a sealed off area akanama was in if I interpreted your original post correctly. If that's the case you should have left immediately.

Note, I did not roll you or Excite back with these bans, you are just locally banned.

I'll be blunt and say you can remain banned until you admit what you did is not acceptable, apologize to akanama and agree to not do it again, that especially means staying away from akanama and his home. Your perma will then be reduced to me unbanning you on Monday.

As for Excite, we'll just have to wait for his appeal.

I'm very sorry akanama , and will compensate you for your losses if I get unbanned.
We did break through a cave , not knowing that it would be against the rules. We know now so therefore we will not make the same mistake again.
As for the item frames I'm almost certain akanama picked up the contents I threw to him (they where extremely near him).
Excitefame is a different story as I do not think he gave anything back , but as you said , just wait for his ban appeal.
I'm sorry for the trouble I caused.

Also , if you do decide to unban me , do not do so until Wednesday as I have exams starting tommorow that last til Wednesday.

You are unbanned but this is your final chance, if you happen to be banned again then you almost certainly wont be returning.

I suggest you keep out of trouble from now on and continue to work on your build.
