Trapped

I made a nether portal on my island and it was messed up with someone else's so I used the f3 and made a new one in a good spot that i thought would connect. I come out in the town RiverDell with blocks blocking the way out. I cant talk in-game or tp out, no mods or admins are on either can someone force tp me out.
