Banned For?: Placing a hopper minecart underneath a player's chest to drain the items out.

Appeal Statement:
Before I begin I would like to address an issue people have with me.
I know I may not seem like the friendliest person on the server but deep inside I have become attached to this server and it's nice community. Although I may not show it , I do care allot about it and am greatly impressed by how professional and well run it is.
When I first figured out about the hopper-minecart glitch , I jumped at the opportunity to make some quick items to get me started off. As you can probably tell , it is in my nature to make as much money/items as possible and as easily as I can. This sometimes includes breaking rules to do so , but the temptation usually gets the better of me. I tried not to steal , but I can never pull myself away from it when I see a chest with nobody around it and a hopper minecart sitting in the corner of my inventory. Recently (since yesterday) I have began to weave myself off this theft and to create my town of Gogglin for the server to enjoy. I was not entirely able to do so as people where constantly trying to kill me. This was a real slap in the face and I promised myself to try and make a better impression on the people of the server so I could finally live in peace.
Unfortunately when I went to continue my project , my past crimes had caught up with me and I found myself serverless.

I am deeply sorry for my actions and am entirely willing to start on a clean slate.

as far as i am concerned, and judging from other matters involving you, you put a great deal of work into either ruining others good time, or blaming someone else, i would not have let you back on, but il let Adrian or some of the other admins decide, as it was not i who placed the ban

I was promised an unbiased opinion on my ban appeal.

You have been unbanned. When you were banned you were rolled back due to the thefts so everything you constructed up to this point is gone. You will only have what is inside your ricky wallet, inventory and backpack (if you had one) to start over.

I highly recommend you do things through hard work instead of finding glitches to exploit.
