Well all of us want a new way to make money so i thought of the jobs plugin you can adjust how much money you get for farming mining smelting ect Please take this into consideration

That explains next to nothing, and something tells me this would be easily abused and exploited.

I've already thought about this and I decided against it because it doesn't really benefit the server. All the ways you get money currently benefit the server in some way.

Voting - Gets us players
Referring - Gets us Players
Staying logged in - Keeps the server active
Buying with real money - Gets us money to pay for server upgrades & repairs

In my experience plugins like that lead to a lopsided economy anyway. Players will always find the cheapest way to make money and then spam that method. This leads to the economy failing in almost every aspect a few weeks to a couple months down the road.

The current economy this server has in place is one of the best I have encountered in my 3 years playing minecraft. Especially considering all of the perks they give you for participating in it. In short you may have to work a little harder, but in the long run you will get better rewards.

Lots of thought went in to making the economy stable

Could be a good idea, but i see nothing wrong with our current system
