How do I tell if i was banned?

when i try to join the server it says "connection refused." i don't know why it's saying this, because i was on the server this morning, if you know why it is saying that, then that would be great.

one more thing, when i try to go to the online shop, or to vote and other stuff like that it says "forbidden." ant idea why?

All online services were suspended temporarily while we transitioned to a backup disk array from the SSD which is why the Forbidden message appeared.
To be clear, our websites do not run from the SSD but they rely on files that are present on the SSD and so I had to shut off the web stuff to be able to cleanly transition from the SSD to our RAID Storage array.

If you are banned, it will say so and give a reason. At least this shows you have never been banned before.
