I flew around spawn and noticed the contest area was griefed, I checked logblock and here are the four names:
sion22
_Turner_
J_p1200
Popcorn011

May I suggest, with Adrian's custom plugins,
you could create /conteston and /contestoff
Setting the build permissions for normal players to on and off when toggled on or off?
But I posted this for staff to see, seeing as no staff were available at the time.
