When is it safe to build again?

So I'm not entirely clear on what's going to be done about the Isles situation. Is it just going to be cleared, or will there be a copy-paste job from a previous map, or is the whole server going to revert to said previous map? I'd like to know just so I can build without the worry of things being reverted.

I'll never revert a map after a disaster - It will always be Copy and Paste repairs.

You are free to build again but I would recommend not building in the Isles as obviously I'll need to revert that area back.
