i was banned while exploring the wilderness in search of spruce trees and i come up apon a small house with emeralds all around it so i mine one of the emerald blockes in thew wildy and immedeatly it reappears and i get disconnected saying i was banned for griefing i dont not want to greif my curiosity peaks and i am retarded so i just had to mine the block im sorry for what i did and i want to come back and run my town agian. if not i understand but my time on the server was fun.

They are there, on these so called emerald decorated houses, to let us know who to keep an eye on and who has tried griefing :/
I will give you some confidence while you await a staff answer, as many of these ban appeals I have seen, about someone griefing honeypots, they usually seem to be unbanned, but staff will keep an eye on them for further time...
As I said, this is only confidence I am giving you, not an answer...
All you can do now is hope that you get unbanned, if not, good luck on your next server! xD

You really shouldn't be touching builds that are not yours, This is one of the reasons why we set these honey pots up.

You have been unbanned because you have been in good standing up until this point, don't let it happen again.

Keep in mind that those are the obvious ones Evoh, Griefing of any kind is discouraged.
