Banned For?:Greifing nether warts

Appeal Statement:I seen a door opened I inside and all the chest had no signs on them so i stole the stuff because i was told you can if they have no signs on the chest and i took some nether warts from the soul sand. I am sincerely sorry for my stealing even though i thought i could and it shall not happen again.

Sounds like someone may have placed a protection on those blocks.

You have been unbanned. Stealing from unlocked chests is allowed but I'm not positive about who banned you or their exact reasoning if what you say is accurate. Anyway I have removed the ban so you are free to play again.

You were not banned for stealing the contents of the chests but for griefing the players home (taking the nether wants that were part of their house design) it was a joint choice made by me and another mod.
The player admittedly was warned that the chests contents was a ok due to the player leaving their house open, we did a full check of the area to prove that their was not grief for entry as the player in question argued that he definitely locked the door but evidence did not support it and thus he was informed that he should regularly check the door and place locking signs for the chests.
Please understand stealing from neighbours in the same town will get you kicked from town pretty damn quick as I own the town you live in and if I find you stealing from other in the town regardless if their chests are locked or not I will remove you thusly protecting their chests from your access again, as if you not part of town then you cannot access anything in the town and I don't want any thieves in my town.
