I was playing today on RenMX survival when I encountered people killing chickens in my friend's egg farm. When I asked them to stop, they refused and a dispute ensued (although no cuss words or direct insults were exchanged). During this dispute 113mac113, even though I had said absolutely nothing to him, said "dp...fuck you" (see message log for 3/15/2013). Minutes after, even though I had not insulted him back, he banned me for "insulting staff". I feel that this is both an irresponsible use of admin privileges as well as flat out hypocrisy. Since this is a local ban I cannot appeal on McBans and must make my case heard on this forum.

I have played on this survival server for about two months now. I really like the server and have received Architect rank because of my builds that I added to it, and I would hate to have this completely unjustified ban force me to relocate servers. I would again like to request that my ban be repealed.

I am investigating.

I can honestly say most of this is a lie. You kept disrespecting me and tag and he kicked you once or twice about it and then you called us "little children" and tag banned you. I said **** you because I'm sick of you insulting me all of the time.

After reading the log I have decided that this ban is unjustified. You are as of this post unbanned. But please do something for me, do not engage with Tagwat or Mac again, if you see them doing something bad do not reply simply PM me on the forums and stay silent. Don't argue with staff it is a rule.

I am not happy with the way that Mac or Tagwat handled this situation. Swearing at players regardless of your justification for doing so is incorrect. And I do believe based on the log I am reading that you both baited dpstarbuck in to a confrontation. This is unacceptable.

I know you all don't see eye to eye, if things like this keep happening I may actually need to demote you and I'm being serious. If I posted this log and you actually saw what you said and what he said back to you I think you would regret what you said and realise you got yourself worked up more than anything he said could have done, in-fact looking at the staff chat that was going on in the game at the time you were bringing up things he has said in private message between himself and pund and from weeks ago about your Mountain. Neither of which are germane to what happened in the actual chat of today.
