Ultimately for calling someone a faggot.

Appeal Statement: I was showing a new area to dpstarbuck, where I planned to set up my home. Either mac or ice teleported to us to see what we're talking about. I get shot by arrow, give him one back, and go about business.. He swoops in and kills me. fair enough.
ends with him teleporting friend to the area, setting a lava trap on my /back point, and keeping me from claiming land, while trolling and circlejerking with buddies. Now it seems they want to build in my found area..
I expect this behavior on the internet. Just not from people assigned to keep order.
I've been on the server for a day, had nothing bad to say, greeted others, and helped new members with gear, and planned on making a lot of good builds. Seems like bullshit to me..

If something like this happens again, meaning a moderator abuses their abilities please contact an Administrator in private (like on the forums). Administrators include Me, Ricksterm and Rav24.

We take these sorts of things very seriously and members of staff have been dismissed for abusing their teleportation abilities. All concerns will be fully investigated, we log everything.

That makes a bad example for a lot of us staff, I am dearly sorry you had such an experience :/

Oi. Has anybody considered the Mods side of this story, because there was more than 'Ultimately calling someone a faggot'. I was there. If y'ask me this unban wasn't the right thing to do.

I can see how Ice would be upset at the appeal, considering he was half of the derp duo in question. The sign on my land with "ice & mac's fort" on it is a pretty clear indicator of his bias.

It doesn't matter who you believe. The logs don't lie.
When a mod digs a hole in your /back spawn and fills it with lava, and you block out of it with dirt, and the mod claims you "grieved" his trap, something is wrong. luckily, you can check the logs for yourself

Correction Pund3r. Ice made the hole and he is not a mod. Plus I might as well say your ban appeal is a lie.

Besides this little rant the amount of DISRESPECT he had towards a staff member shouldn't be forgiven. I for one vote he is banned again.
