I thought Anarchy had NoCheat+. It would be more exciting if it has that plugin at least.
It is supposed to be a "no rules" server.

Re: X-ray is enabled on anarchy
Can't really block xray textures either.
The problem is the server sends the client all the chunks around them, those chunks contain all the blocks inside those chunks. Then we just have to trust that the client or the texture pack being used is showing the chunks to the user in the way intended. We have no power to force a client to show blocks correctly.
There is however a plugin which can send false/made up information to clients when the blocks are not in a line of sight to the user. This however is problematic because as the player starts to destroy blocks during mining some blocks will appear as one texture (like dirt or stone) and then soon after change to a rare ore. This means some players may miss important ores like diamond because they move on after uncovering dirt not waiting for it to change back to what it is supposed to be.
So unfortunately nothing we can do. But I will say this, we are using MCBans and we are setting our previous local bans to global. So more attention is being paid to administration. If you catch a cheater in the act and you are able to screenshot them doing something bad (or video!) please do post those and I will follow up on every post.
