i have been banned for "possible spawn griefer" but i have not, there is no way you can grief the spawn unless you have the permissions for it.

Normally I would grant your unban request but due to the way in which the spawn was griefed I'm going to allow Ricksterm (The admin who banned you) handle this instead.

I actually banned him through the ACP, I found a banned users house (Wiggy44) griefed to hell by Rhysp09. If the ban didn't go through then idk whats up.

im banned for griefing wiggy44's house the problem is that hes one of my friends i played with and he got banned for life and said i can have his stuff so i took it

I unbanned you yesterday because Db failed to put a reason and as it was done via our acp I was unable to tell who it was.

It is funny that as soon as I unbanned you the spawn was griefed. I am unable to trust you anymore because Wiggy also griefed the spawn a while ago.

i can prove i never griefed the spawn as i was building my house and o call with midget_matty and the spawn is protected all the items are banned so it is impossible to grief it

It is possible to grief the spawn but I will not go into detail on the methods of doing so for obvious reasons.

The method used isn't logged, you were one of the very few people to join between your unban and the grief happening.

I am continuing to look for more evidence also, If something comes along that does prove your innocence you may be unbanned, until then, no.

Wiggy griefed spawn in a very similar way so it is very suspicious to me that you say he is your friend and this grief happened pretty much as soon as you were unbanned yesterday.

rick i dont talk to wiggy any more as he is an idiot and doesnt appreciate anything, as when he made his tekkit server i spent over 2 weeks building him a spawn then he banned me and said you have done nothing for the server.
