Banned from Creative?

Hey, Jayman0101 here,
A while ago you guys unbanned me from your server. It was because of a grief on the Creative server. I was unbanned, and I am currently only able to get on Survival. It was not specified that I would be unbanned from Creative also, but I was just wondering if I am allowed back on there or not. Just curious.
