Are you in India? We block Indian IP's from accessing the server due to how many Proxy Servers exist there.

I have added an exception for your current IP but it may change and block again, please reply

Well that explain it. Yeah I'm in India till 20th of August..
So thats why it started working last time!
Its back to not working
