Tchmstr's PISS - Private Island Sustenance Shop

Hello all! I've finally opened up my food shop! Here's a list of the items I have for sale and some rough Gold prices, YES I will still trade for items as well.
All prices listed are in Gold Nuggets (9 Nuggets = 1 Ingot (Bar), 9 Ingots = 1 Block).
Also, the rules for my island are at the end of this post, read them BEFORE you come out!

Apple, Golden -- 650 for 1 -
Apple, Red --------- 1 for 1 -
Bread --------------- 1 for 16 -
Cake ---------------- 1 for 2 -
Cookie -------------- 1 for 4 -
Melon Slice --------- 1 for 32 -
Mushroom Stew --- 1 for 4 - 1 Wooden Plank per Bowl
Chicken ------------- 1 for 4 -
Fish ------------------ 1 for 4 -
Porkchop ----------- 1 for 4 -
Steak ---------------- 1 for 4 -
Milk ------------------ 1 for 36 - 3 Iron per Bucket
Cocoa Beans ------ 1 for 2 -
Egg ------------------ 1 for 16 -
Mushroom, Brown - 1 for 16 -
Mushroom, Red ---- 1 for 16 -
Sugar ---------------- 1 for 16 -
Wheat --------------- 1 for 32 -
Rules for my island:
1) No placing, moving or breaking anything, this will be considered griefing and you will be banned from the island, if not the server, depending on the severity.
2) If you accidentally place or break something, just tell me! Do NOT try to fix it.
3) You are welcome to explore anywhere, except behind locked doors or posted Private areas, if you are found in an area you are not supposed to be, you will be removed from the island and banned from it.
4) If you decide to explore off my island, do not build anywhere nearby! I traveled a long way to have a private island and I want to keep it that way. If you want to build far away from others as well, make sure you are at least 800 blocks from me, please.
5) If I ask you to leave for any reason, please don't argue with me, just leave, or I may decide you aren't welcome back in the future.
I may update these prices & rules at any time, if I do, I will post a new sign on my island and/or at spawn. Gate name is PISS. No rain-checks.
