Pandoria Plans

Pandoria is my first town on the server and is situated on a remote island. It is meant to be a Panda city and is asian oriental themed.

Areas:

Nonchang District (Farms)
Huayuan District (Gardens)
Di District (Lower Class)
Zhong District (Medium Class)
Shang District (Upper Class)
Gangwan District (Harbour)
Shichang District (Market)

Area Notes:

Nonchang District:
-Farming District
-2 Story houses with crops growing (bamboo)
-Only 2-3 houses
-1 Exclusive house on river
-Apprentice/Architect Only

Huayuan District:
-Large Garden with lots of trees and plants
-Neatly laid out with paths and benches
-Lots of fen shui

Di District:
-Lower class houses
-Flat roofs
-Some houses connected
-Some houses have bridge across to each other
-Small and 1 story
-Normal Users Only
-2-3 exclusive houses on water's edge

Zhong District:
-Medium class houses
-1 story houses with a curved roof
- Fair amount of space
-Spaced out from each other
-2 Exclusive houses that are 2 story on water's edge
-Includes town square with barracks and town hall
-Apprentice/Architect Only

Shang District:
-Upper class mansions/palaces
-Big 2-3 story houses
-Lots of space
-Very spaced out
-My palace included
-Mods/Admins Only

Gangwan District:
-Harbours with ships
-Small-medium houses
-2 2 Story exclusive houses on waters edge
-Fairly spaced out
-Fair amount of space
-1 story houses with curved roofs
-Open to all ranks

Shichang District:
-Market area
-Shops where you can sell goods
-No houses here
-You can furnish your shops here
-Shops must be asian themed (Aussie Flame excluded )
-Open to all ranks

Temple:
-Large asian temple worshipping the Panda God outside of city gates

Ruins & Jungle:
-Ruins outside of city gates in jungle
-Big tall jungle trees
-Old ruins lead to mines in jungle
-Crashed ship on the right side of the jungle with warp point
-Dots of path leading to city gates
-Big cliffs act as walls for the city, with gate being in a valley with statues

How to get an exclusive house:
Suggest an idea, if I like the idea you get an exclusive house and I use the idea.

All of the town will be prebuilt by me, and you will claim shops/houses.

If you are going for an asian theme it would be cool to get RedFrame involved. He is like the master of asian themed stuff.
