Red Sand Village Building Project

I will include screenies later but since I have joined Booters town now and am co-mayor I decided to do some more work around the place. So I decided to make an outpost where there will be pre-built homes for players and shops etc. I am looking forward to watching this develop. Since I know that building has a lot of trial and error just like redstone that I never seem to figure out 
I know that this will take a while. But I have a list below that is just an idea on what I want to have installed. I probably will add more but Idk yet lol. All I know is that I am giong to be needing a lot of quartz so if anyone has cheap quartz reply below please. Ideas on what I want to have installed:
* Town Hall
* Farms
* 50-75 prefab homes
* Ships for imports/exports
* Huge Storage system
* New redstone tree farms and auto smelters
* A wall
* Army reserve
* Dam
* Garden/Park
* Black Smith Shop (big af)
If anyone knows how to build ships cargo or cruise I would love to hire you to build one cause I suck at that lol. Thanks
