Byzantine Empire National Area

starting 1-18-17, the nation , the Byzantine Empire, will commence construction on its national area for all towns to gather during times of need or other events within the nation.
so far, the land was bought for 3k, paid users for jobs about 500-1k, demolished for 2k, and construction will cost bout 5-10k. thats bout 13k for this project.
this is the before image, right after most of the demolition was completed.
