Tolfalas - Help Needed.

Hey! Here I will introduce my first big project, Tolfalas. Quite a few of you already know that I have been spending a lot of time building a wall and so you will have seen the starting phases

The above image is not the final product, only a very early concept. Any ideas for things to add are greatly appeciated.
Inspiration:
Here I will keep a list of inspritatoin/reference pictures.
Help Required:
Terraforming:
I need as many people who are capable with VoxelSniper, Litesniper and WorldEdit as possible.
This job will include making oceans, cliffs, flat land and rivers.
Building:
After the land has been properly formed I will need help making the key landmarks. This will include the palace, the docks and any other land marks the get suggested or I come up with.
City houses, shop and all that milarky will come at a later time. The reason for this is that I want these thing to look and feel as though they were build around the landmarks.
Advisors:
If you dont want to help with the actual work then just come along and share your knowledge.
Ice Wranglers:
Making bouys etc in the water to keep ice at bay.
