So I started building this as my town spawn and home, and was wondering what it would be worth, out of curiosity, if I were to submit it as a rank application based on the standard rating?

To get to it use /town spawn Rambo_Municipality

I'm not including screenshots of the inside due to laziness to TP if you want to see in detail lol. The parts of the build are those clearly shown in the screenshots, you should be able to tell easily what isn't anyways.

Are we going to get butchered when we get into this? Hahaha.

Anyway, It's a nice build, especially the dragon statue! I wish we would have made that in spawn several months ago..

Your best bet is to make everything blend together, as is it looks as if your build is sort of choppy, nothing works with each other. You could also expand the garden and add a mini castle or something on to that. The score i'm about to give you is an estimate but i'd give you about a 20-25. If you want to wrack up points keep everything as is, do the stuff I told you above, and add too much detail.

I bet if you really worked at it you could see City Planner (eventually) with a lot lot lot of work.
