Looking for new town members!

Hello everyone!
I have decided to start my own town and I am looking for members to join me!
I have found an ideal location for the town, but I need to ensure that people will actually join.
Please let me know if you are interested, and I will claim the land and begin building once I figure out more Towny details (like how to make plots vs. town-owned land, how to set prices and things of that nature). I am very grateful for the Towny thread, which I will use to begin the town.
The town will spawn on a small island w/ market and will have a lake, too!
