Gm_flatgrass Replica

GM_flatgrass is the name of a map in Garrys Mod (a game which is a mod of Half Life 2).

I think this is just a nostalgia type thing.

Personally I've been playing Garrys Mod since before Half Life 2 even released. I played the original betas where he based it on what was available from the leaked HL2 source code. And I've been playing every release since then including the paid version he released. I remember some other maps much more fondly than this one but I can't remember their actual names.

Does anyone remember the map it was very large had half ocean and half flat grass and it had a giant screen with lots of buttons near one side. I played that map so much we would build giant boats and working aeroplanes. Such a fun game.

Aye, I've had some good times in Gmod as well, playing with an old friend of mine.

My favorite map by far was "gm_excess_construct", it's really nice you should check it out if you play Garry's mod.

Supposedly an April fools joke but since many of us forget the memories we play on old Steam days, you likely forgot this.

That was my favorite map of garry's mod 9, Hopefully some gets the name of the map

I loved the map gm_excess_construct, it had loads of different areas with different themes.

-newsroom
-desert part

it was really fun.
