Tortuga - Pirate Haven

Well after a month of being a city planner I thought it was finally time to plan a city.

I wanted to mix things up a bit and make a hidden pirate city (hence the Pirates of the Caribbean reference). It is on the architect server (mc.renmx.com:3) so anyone can visit but only archs+ can build there. It has multiple stories and random looking architecture to keep a haggard look and feel with dim lighting. Since this is not a extravagant royal city like many on the server(s) I can't really plan out and give you guys a plan of what is going to go inside,

(important -->) BUT I DO NEED PEOPLE TO TAKE OVER SHOPS (<-- important)

If you post below I will make a list and have you guys pick a spot. Ryan and Dum have made shops already. You can give me an idea of what type of shop you want before I make the store so say you want to make a tavern in a broken down pirate ship jutting out of the wall I will find a spot and either you or me will make the pirate ship (or whatever you want). Or feel free to pick an open, pre-made store.

The building code is pretty lax. Just make sure you don't burrow into your neighbors. I have laid out the shops so you should have plenty of room to hollow out and make the way you want.
