Basicly, I was wandering around and I found a DESSERT WELL. Yes the kind that has a 1/1000 chance of spawning. Here's some photos:

Not only that but grim found a dungeon on land not that far from the well

Well to you they arent. but to me and grim its the rarest thing in minecraft.
