Race for the Wool: Direct Fire w/ Renegades!

If you read the title and thinks "OMGOMGTHISISGONNABESOMUCHFUN", think again. This is a suggestion and might not happen.
I got a suggestion for a fun thing the Renegades community could do. Play a match of Race for the Wool: Direct Fire! If you don't know what that is, look below. Pri/VodkaDK have said that he can't host a match on one of the official servers, so we would need a private (but good) server for this.
What is Race for the Wool?
Race for the Wool is a game in Minecraft on a downloadable map. It includes 2 teams. Both of the teams got their own course which includes a forest, farms, a castle with TNT cannons, houses, a mountain, a giant lava & water maze and chests with loot in them.
The goal is to find 3 chests which got different coloured wool blocks (green, blue and red) and take one of each wool block and place them on a monument made by obsidian before the other team does. Both courses are about 15-30 blocks away from eachother and you are allowed to shoot the other team with arrows and use TNT cannons to blow up their side. You are allowed to destroy the other team's wool with TNT and fireballs (There's blazes to find but where they are is a secret). You are not allowed to go outside your course.
There's chests with leather, bows, arrows, food, TNT, pickaxes, swords and more that you must find to survive. At nighttime, monsters will spawn if you don't light up your side. Reaching the wool blocks is VERY difficult and WILL be very frustrating. Every match I (Alex) have played has took about an hour to finish.
What are the requirements to play with us?
Voice chat. No voice chat, no playing. I was thinking that we could first meet on the spawn of the map and organize everything. Everyone in the same voice chat. Then we choose 2 team captains who then pick their team members. When the teams are set and done we split the skype/mumble/teamspeak/whatever calls. When one team has won, we go back into one call.
No one on the server will have operator powers, not even the host. The server owner must of course first have op so it's easier to organize everything, but when the match starts he/she will remove their own op.

So we need:

-Decide if what voice chat client we're gonna use
-A date
-Decide who's gonna join (4-6 people per team)
