Stuff missing out of chests. possible server glitch ???

Last night i had these items and when i woke up this morning they were gone. some of the items only half missing

Gunpowder i have 15 - i had 26

Blue stone i had 64x4 now i have 20

Cocoa beans i had 9 now i have 0

these items were all in separate chests. i log blocked my chests to see who could have got the items but it was only me that went into the chests. also log blocked my area and for some odd reason i saw fireapple9 saying rail made, and destroyed or something of that nature. but i dont see it.

i had the items at 9pm EST 2am London time

Logged on server at 9am 2pm London time

I don't know if this was server glitch related it does not seem anyone really griefed or took anything from the logs, etc all my other items seem to be there.

just wanted to note this in case maybe server or some plugin could have a problem.

its not a big deal really the only thing i could want back would be the 9 cocoa beans
