Some forum changes

You may have noticed some changes on the forum today 
I've been busy implementing some of the stuff I've discussed previously. If you're a Contest Winner or above you may see on the main forum index above this section you have a field where you can type in a players name and whitelist them. Feel free to whitelist your friends and so forth.
You may also notice that some of you have Blue, Purple or Orange names now. That is because we now have three new usergroups on the forum for Contest Winner, Architect & City Planner.
If you're a staff member you may notice that the Server Control Panel is now integrated in to the Staff area allowing you to upgrade users to different ranks from the forum itself. I hope everyone likes the changes I'm going to continue improving the outside game experience as time goes on
