RBC renmx broadcasting center
The idea is to have a big redstone display (need redstone geeks) and have pixel artists make a show for the big redstone display and the redstone geeks record it and play it on the big screen
Then a map captures the big redstone display and then people watch it on their Hotchi Victor Television set at there house
And the whole server can watch TV!

Do u know how much work that will be? The redstone contraption would have to be pretty big to have different images show t different times. Some engineers I know have other things to do than help your company, but I never know

good luck

Its just unreasonable. A 12x9 inch television will generally have a resolution of 1024×768, which is 85 pixels per inch(ppi). 1 pixel generally has 3 colors in different combinations/intensities: Red, Blue, Green. So lets say each pixel is 3 blocks, thats 85*3 which is 255 square block area for one inch of the screen. Now, we know our television is 12in*9in, that means its 3060x2295 blocks. Completely out of the question for a household television, also stretching redstone out that far is impossible to transmit signals across, even using bud sensors for instant redstone, because of the unloaded chunks. So all in all, while its a nice idea, im not quite sure to say it'll work, even as much as i want it to.
Now if you can make one fit under a height of 255 blocks and keep a decent resolution, then you could create a central TV for the entire server to watch from, but as i stated above one pixel is already 255 block square area, thus unless you can compact a pixel into a smaller area, it could very well work.
alternatively if you are using maps.. maybe its possible to be able to make one, but you would have to mess around with chunks and blocks to create it, which could also be very tedious to do, this idea could work for a photo display from artists, but for any kind of moving picture akin to what we call tv, everything above is highly unfeasible.
Lastly, i would love to help, but im a bit busy to do much of anything as it currently stands, in addition to what i stated above. Im sorry if i squashed your dreams, but i didnt want you to put vain efforts into it.
Best of luck if you decide to continue pursuing it.

As much as i would like to help, i am not quite good with using maps to create drawings. Timo is one of the better ones i know for that, and i am not sure if he would help you.
Also if i was to be able to help, it would most likely be after may, since i graduate HS then. Right now, i am quite busy with some school work, teaching chineese people IT stuff, Regional and State competition prep, and a couple other things as well. I am sorry i cannot help, but maybe one of the other engi's can, or someone who has a decent knowledge of redstone.
