what if there was a Item transfer glass tube that stretched across the survival server that carried messages in a book and quill and items?

I don't know what the distance is on the glass pipe system but sounds interesting.

Now this, is entirely possible and is very interesting, and could be far more versatile than just book and quills. I like this idea a lot, as pri stated, i dont know what the limit on the pipes are.. but hopefully long enough, if nothing else you can set up hubs every so often and etc, depending on the pipe limitations

We have the glass pipe system I think.... Ask Jackerdelta and Ricksterm (as far as I know the people I saw made this)
