The property itself is 100 blocks tall, and around 76x76 (but i may be under) in area. It has an almost-natural mob trap up top with 16 spawn pads, and 2 spawners in case of low spawning rates. The funnel to the death pit will guarantee a 95% death rate, with only armored mobs surviving. All loot is piped to a control room, with a chest that can send contents to a minecart to be taken to the storage facility nearby. The farm also contains an automatic nether wart farm, cactus farm, sugar cane farm, and a 30-furnace automatic smeltery. There is also a tree farm and quarry.The storage facitily nearby contains a secret meth lab underneath the property, which can be entered through a hidden lever door. The property is located in the desert, and is primarily constructed out of cobblestone.
