SMP Rules?

I've been wondering about the SMP rules? Someone explain please 
Uhm...
What you can't do:
• You can't fly
• Use speed hacks
• X-ray texture packs (won't work anyway)
• Grief (pretty obvious)
• Leave floating trees (common sense)
• Cheating items won't work for staff nor players.
I think that's about it.
