Im sure some of you already may have noticed this but I have a horse egg card and whenever i get a horse egg, and right click it on the ground it never spawns. I've already had to help one player with this by using my spawners. I hope this is helpfull and that you will fix it in the future- Your friendly yet crazy neighbor NoCake4u

Eggs are configured not to spawn with hand... don't they?

It worked with hand b4 idk why now (im very sorry if i am wrong)
