I was thinking that the end dragon should be respawned once every month to give others the chance to fight it, and to get the egg if they do not have the card.

Notice: if this gets decided to be added, it shouldn't affect the builds in the end, or just have a new End just for fighting the end dragon, where it all gets reset every month.

I can't easily implement this as an end dragon destroys things in the end that players have built and I don't want to make a second end world.
