Shop Warp Rules/Info

You can have a shop warp to your shop from spawn for a in game fee. The warp's will be accessed by other player by clicking on the warp sign in Spawn. If you want a warp made to your shop please ask a Moderator in game and they will set one up for you.
To pay for your warp you use the in game command /pay user amount
ex. /pay Stephanie_W 500


Rules:

Shops must be built and stocked before a warp may be purchased.

Shops will be checked Weekly so they must stay stocked. Any shop that fails to remain stocked will have their warp removed from spawn without refund.

Shops must NOT be located near any Animal Farms or Spawners. (this goes for Large Villager, Mobs, Or Redstone Farms and Clocks.)

Any shop that is located near these will have their warps removed without refund and chance of losing their spawners/grinders/animals. Without refund.

**Edited 7/10/2015 ** Chestshops without signs on chests will have warps removed. Please leave the signs on the chests that shows prices and amount in stock.**

Prices:

To get a Shop Warp from Spawn to your shop cost 1000 Rennies for a shop stall warp.

To get a Shop Warp from Spawn to your shop cost 500 Rennies for a sign on the Shop Wall Warps.

What if the warp is by a spawner that kills the mobs automatically and does not jam? Will that not be allowed either?

Okay I am bumping this and adding this part to the thread because I have gotten a few questions lately on shops and warps. Also there is new content added.

Q: Whats considered a "Stocked" Shop?

A: A stocked shop is where you replace items that sell out as best to your ability. If you sell Enchanted Items like books, tools, etc. I don't expect you to have those always stocked. Those items are a "luck craft". This goes the same with Heads/Spawners/Horse Eggs things along that line.

~What I do expect to be stocked are farmed items like dirt, cobble, food, etc. Also I get a lot "Does the chest have to be maxed out" No we do not tell you, you have to sell a full chest of one item. We understand that everyone has lives outside of minecraft and it takes time and such to restock a full shop. Specially if someone comes in and completely buys you out. This is why I take notice of stock during the week. At the end of the week around Saturday-Sunday. I do a routine check up of all warps. Shops that have gone inactive, players that have been banned, or have failed to keep up with their shops, or violated the shop rules get removed.


Q: Why was my Shop Warp Sign Moved to a Different spot on the warp board?

A: Once a shop is removed the board changes. I try to weekly adjust the signs to the most active shops at the top and less active at the bottom. (New Shops get added in the middle) This way it helps people find the better stocked/active shops without having to go through all the less active ones. Also helps me keep mental notes.


Q: Is it okay to just sell one item?


A: Yes, there are a few shops that just specialize in one item. But if you do sell one item. I expect that to always be stocked.


Q: I sell some of my items in Auction House because it sells better, but I also sell in my shop. It's hard to keep them both stocked at the same time, is that okay?

A: Yes. I am always on the Auction House and do take notice who sells what. Some players have even taken the advantage of linking their sales in Auction House to their shops using the Warp Option. This is great and a good marketing strategy.


Q: How much does it cost to have a Sign with my Towns warp info?

A: Those are free. Just ask a Moderator or Admin to post your towns spawn information on a sign. Its extremely helpful if you have more then one shop in your town. (Player Owned Stalls)

Q: Can you connect hoppers to your chests to help keep them restocked?

A: Yes. I myself have used this on my Potions, before I started selling them in Auction House. But please keep aware that it is best for you to keep the hoppers hidden. Or blocked off by other blocks to prevent griefing/theft.


Q: Can I change my Warp name?

A: Depends. If you changed your town name and wanted your warp to match your town name or you completely just started selling like Enchanted Books and Wanted it to read EnchantedShop then sure. But to have your warp named changed every other day. Not going to happen. I usually tell people I will change it once. After that you have to pay another 500r to create a new warp.

Q: If I pay 1000r for a shop stall do I also get a warp sign on the wall? Or do I have to pay 1500r for Both?

A: Yes. You get a warp sign on the shop warp wall when u purchase a Warp Stall. The fee is still 1000r. You wont be charged for both.

Q: I want to redo my shop. But I don't want to lose my warp. What do I do?

A: The warp name does not poof once the sign is removed. it can easily be replaced if it ever did. But be a kind player and place a sign in your shop saying under construction, or Hey I am on Vacation! Will restock when I get back! Or even post on this thread or in the forums if you are worried it might get removed. But as I said. Shop Warp Signs can easily be replaced. So no worries on losing your shop warp names
