Our internet service provider to the server is doing maintenance from 12:10am until 4:30am which is why the server is offline right now. It is currently 12:30am so you have a few more hours left and then normal service will resume.

EDIT:// The server is now back online but as the maintenance period has not yet ended the server may again go offline.

EDIT2:// and it's offline again, probably be like this until the end of the maintenance period.

Service now appears to be restored

...why is it telling that I can't talk or do any commands like /fly /home /spawn etc etc?

Never mind i somehow fixed it
