I just want to make this post because it is important that you all respect each other. Our server is about having fun playing a game. It's not a place to feel bad about yourself or make other people feel bad.

The way you act and talk to other people is a reflection of yourself and once you put the wrong image of yourself out there it is very difficult to change it. This isn't just towards new players and their first impressions of you but also towards our existing players, people who you may consider your friends.

All to often I see people treat their own friends poorly and then wonder why that relationship soured. It's okay to change and not want to spend time with certain individuals but at-least treat them with respect, the same way you would want to be treated.

are insults in a joking way, or insults to a friend you are skyping with for fun with them as long as it doesn't disturb others still fine?

Keep in mind that not everyone has the same sense of humor Rambo. Not everyone might get it.

Yeah. Unfortunately people misconstrue my jokes and some of the things I say the wrong way leading people to dislike the way I talk. I should probably work on that, but then again you can't please everybody. Somewhere down the road you will always find that one asshole who takes offense to anything you say, no matter how nice, logical, or honest it may be. These people you learn to avoid like the plague as they are not the types of people you want to hang around with or associate yourself with.

While I do agree in part with what Uber says keep in mind that 1 person down the road getting angry is not a majority. However if 8/10 people in general don't like your sense of humor either you are in the wrong place or have a false sense of humor.
