This is so that you can more easily expand your Towns and to offset the higher taxes introduced previously. We want you to build great giant things
The permissions for Allys (the defaults) have been changed. Previously Allys could not build, destroy or use anything in your town (like chests / doors) this has been changed. The default behaviour is now for Allys to have full access to your town for building, destroying and using doors/switches and so on.
If you don't want Allys doing this you can toggle it off like normal this is just a change of the default settings which are in place if you don't do anything.
Finally I have activated the Towny War code. So if you want to have a war between two towns you are now free to do so. It requires a minimum of 3 players online from the two warring towns for war to be declared.
