Missing Tools

So as some of you may have noticed my survival is no longer lagging me, and that means I do survival now along with Skyblock. When I logged on survival I was missing all of my special (the ones I used) tools, and could not find them in any chests I could access. Does anyone have any leads on what could've happened? Did I miss something that happened that could possibly removed them. It is not an extremely huge deal I was just curious.

I would also like to announce my shop has been restocked a good amount and my town is now again open to the public to join!
