Jobs

So I have this idea to create a job system for us which will allow you guys to create jobs which other players can complete to get paid. Jobs like collecting wood or crafting items for you.
So I've started making the interface the way things will look and I want to get your opinions and ideas.
As you can see I've created two full example jobs. These jobs have 9 different items you have to get with different quantities of each item as-well.
The idea is you create a job (on the page) listing the items you want and the quantity then you list a price you're willing to pay for that entire order to be fulfilled. You can make a job with only 1 item or up to 9 different items with quantities up to 64 of each item.
So how does this look? Do you like this idea? is the user interface easy to understand?
What improvements or features would you suggest? Thanks.

I LOVE IT! And here is my list of Noob Questions
So we would be able to buy the items we want? Like say if I needed all different color wools? 9 kinds at stacks of 64.
Would everyone be able to see the jobs?
How many Jobs are people allowed to make?
Is there a cool down in between the jobs people can create or complete?
How would we receive our items?

You would pick the items for your job, you select both the items and their quantity. Just like when you create an auction but the interface will be much simpler with many fewer options.

Everyone would be able to create jobs but I think I would add rank based limits.

I'd limit it based on rank. Legendary = 10 Jobs listed at once, Epic, 8, City Planner, 6, Architects 4, Apprentice 2, Member 1.
Once they remove their job early, it expires or the job is completed it would free them up to create a new job in that last jobs place unless they already are allowed to make more jobs than one.

Nope, no cooldown.

Once a job you've made is completed it would hit the top of the job list and turn green with a big "Retreive Items" button. So you can quickly retrieve your items in-game.

This is very cool and unique. I'm always impressed by the stuff you come up with. The interface seems very straightforward, can't think of anything you'd need to change.
I'll probably end up taking a lot of jobs, since I'm always so low on rickies. T_T But on the flipside, I like the idea of hiring minions to do my dirty work... >:D

Probably both. I'll have like tabs at the top for Survival and Skyblock and then you can switch between them and see only jobs tailored to that server. Money wise we'll probably use your Ricky wallet from Survival even for Skyblock stuff due to Skyblock not having an economy of its own and no way for players to earn money playing there.

So if I got those required items, I get paid for 500 (or any amount specified by user) rickies. Is that right?
If yes, then I give it +1.

Also, I can't wait for image frames.
