This plugin could be implemented to the online store , granting the ability to double jump at a high price (1500).

Well it isn't actually a bad idea, but fly is already sold so I'm pretty sure somebody would buy fly instead as it is cheaper and until logout. Also there might be issues with having both fly and double jump on at the same time. If you try to double jump that, that is usually the same thing that puts you into fly. It is a cool idea but I find it unnecessary.
